I work from home with my 3 Border Collies;
Jake, Sammi and Cochise. I am happily married to a beautiful and ever so patient woman, and
I have 2 grown up kids.
I've finally learned to
clam up and listen
more than I talk. It's not about me, it's about the fit and
whether there is one. And when that "fit" hits - its truly
extraordinary and so is the effect on each.
Here's my take:
Social media
has changed the the way people and potential employers
interact. But when it
really comes down to it, it's all about people clicking
or not.
I have worked a broad
range of searches
from chemists to video editors; sales people to software developers;
marketers to auditors - at every rung of the
ladder from individual contributors to CTO and everything in
between.
I am an independent, seasoned veteran who is
seriously dedicated and professional. And I really do care about my
candidates and clients. And I tell both when I think they're wrong.
